Some more help, so that you can Have Your Say on the inclusion of Shendish in the Local Plan, as a site for 500 homes plus a primary school, on Green Belt land

Save our Greenbelt Shendish

On the north side of Shendish, Manor Estate and Aspen Park Residents’ Association (MEAPRA) has worked very hard to provide some more guidance with representation ideas that you can convert into your own words, and submit to the Dacorum Borough Council Local Plan Reg. 19 Consultation.

The Local Plan process does not make it easy to make representations at this stage, but these ideas will help you make your representation valid and acceptable, enabling them to be passed onto the Planning Inspector, when he or she examines the plan for soundness at the next stage of the process.

Please do take the time to read through the guidance document provided in the link below, convert it into your own words, and submit your representation. It is the last chance to save our Green Belt at Shendish Manor.

If you’d like to help spread the word, download and print the MEAPRA Save Shendish flyer here.

Note: The closing date for submitting representations is noon on Tuesday 17 December 2024.
