Three Rivers Local Plan: Regulation 19 - Update - We still need your help to protect our village

KL&DRA has been working tirelessly with our Traffic and Planning Consultant to prepare a robust response to the TRDC Local Plan Regulation 19 Consultation.

A key part of our work is challenging the major development of 500 homes being proposed at Numbers Farm and the RES site, with access via Egg Farm Lane and Toms Lane. To ensure we present the strongest possible case, we have commissioned detailed traffic investigations to assess the true impact these developments, and others along the Gade Valley, could have on our village. These essential studies are, however, proving costly.

After raising an amazing £14,800 we are currently £5,200 short of the funds needed to cover our committed consultant costs.
