Three Rivers Local Plan: Regulation 18 - Newly Submitted Sites and New Policies Consultation - Have your Say!

Three Rivers District Council has had to review its original Local Plan in order to find more sites to meet the Government’s housing targets. NB: This is in addition to to those sites already determined in in the previous Regulation 18 stage.

For Kings Langley, there are three new sites that affect our area:

NCFS6: Land to the East of Watford Road - this is a field adjacent to the A41 on the other side of the M25, between Kings Langley and Hunton Bridge.

NCFS19: Land adjacent to 60 Harthall Lane

NCFS20: Lonsdale, Hyde Lane

The consultation is open for comments until Sunday 31 August 2025. You don’t have to comment on everything in the plan; you can just comment on the sites affecting Kings Langley or any others that you feel strongly about.
