Our latest comments on Cala Homes’ planning application for development at Rectory Farm

The Association has submitted additional comments on the planning application in support of our ongoing objection to the development of the green field Green Belt land at Rectory Farm.

Our objection focusses largely on the fact that the proposed development disregards a number of aspects detailed in the Kings Langley Neighbourhood Plan.

We maintain our position regarding our previous objections to the development including the key point that the applicant has not demonstrated any exceptional circumstances for removing the site from the Green Belt.
