Moto MSA – Junction 20, M25 Planning application refused by TRDC

On the 24th June 2021, at their Planning meeting, Three Rivers Planning Committee refused permission for the Moto MSA. This is great news but not the end of the process.

What will most likely happen is the three potential MSA sites: Moto at J20; Extra between J16 & J17 and Welcome Break between the M40 and M4 Junctions, will all be called in by the Secretary of State for Transport for a final decision as to which one(s) will be allowed. KL&DRA will continue to monitor the situation and keep everyone informed.
